Questions about pricing
How does pricing work?
You pay per user, per month or per year. A user is anyone with a login, and that includes your officers. Your bill is the plan's price times your number of users. Prices exclude VAT.
How many users can a plan have?
Starter takes up to 10 users, and Professional takes up to 50 users. Above that, we agree a price with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, with no credit card. We email you before it ends. If you do not pick a plan, the account is paused and nothing is charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. The change takes effect straight away and your billing is adjusted for it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. There is no long contract. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a charge for each site?
No. One account holds as many clients and sites as you have. You pay for users only.
Is it suitable for a small security company?
Yes. You pay per user, so a small team pays for a small team. Every plan includes the licence and vetting records and the checks on each booking.
Can we move over from spreadsheets or another system?
